Open the selector at the top of the conversation to compare available options. The credit estimate follows the model and message context; the debit reflects confirmed usage.

Use projects in the Chat sidebar to bring together conversations, instructions and sources about a topic. Studio creations have their own area.

Open the + button in the conversation to choose a connected App. Manage connections in account settings. Connecting a service does not make your files public; see the privacy policy for access and retention details.

In Studio, explore tools and templates or start a creation. Begin with an idea, a reference or a library example. Media generation takes place in Studio.

Check the estimate when choosing a model and adjusting your creation. Quantity, duration, resolution and other settings can change usage. Your balance and creation limits are checked before submission.

Check your balance, required fields and model availability. If a creation was already submitted, check its status before trying again. Contact the team if you still need help.

Your plan includes credits for Chat and Studio. Usage varies with the model and task, so the same credit balance can cover different amounts of work. Features and subscription prices are listed on the plans page.

Manage your subscription in billing. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are different actions. See the Terms for applicable conditions and rights, or contact support.

Data & privacy contains your account controls. The policy explains what data is processed, who it is shared with and the limits of retention and deletion.
